Our Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our website and purchasing products. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to comply with these terms. The Right of Withdrawal allows you to cancel your order within 14 days from receiving the goods, without needing to provide a reason. After we receive your withdrawal request, we will issue a refund within a reasonable time frame after the product arrived back to us. Please note, some products may be exempt from this right for reasons of hygiene or custom orders.
