These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of and purchases from Everline Journals. By placing an order through our shop or website, you agree to these Terms.

Physical printed journals
Digital journals and digital downloads
Journal Accessories
All products are intended for personal use unless otherwise stated.
3. Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers (e.g., Etsy Payments, Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe).
We do not store or have access to your full payment details. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
4. Digital Downloads (No Right of Withdrawal)
By purchasing a digital product from Everline Journals, you acknowledge and agree that: Digital downloads are delivered electronically.
Once the download has started, the right of withdrawal is waived, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable, including but not limited to PDF journals, printable files, and digital assets. No refunds or exchanges are offered for digital products.
5. Physical Products – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of physical products within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason.
Conditions:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times for physical products are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Everline Journals, including but not limited to:
Journal content;
Illustrations;
Layouts;
Designs;
Text and graphics;
is the intellectual property of Everline Journals and is protected by copyright laws.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, or share digital files;
Reproduce the content for commercial purposes;
Claim the designs as your own.
Personal use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
8. Liability Limitation
Everline Journals is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages;
Loss of data or profits;
Improper use of digital or physical products;
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, or shipping disruptions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hungary.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon publication. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
