Free Shipping: All physical products offered by Everline Journals include free shipping. No additional shipping fees are charged at checkout.
Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on destination and production time. Estimated delivery dates are clearly displayed at checkout before purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to postal services, customs, or external factors beyond our control. We always aim to dispatch orders as promptly as possible.
2. Order Processing
Physical products are processed and prepared after the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched (where applicable)
3. Digital Products – Instant Delivery
All digital downloads are delivered electronically. Digital files are available immediately after payment is completed. Download links are provided via:
Order confirmation page;
Email (depending on platform).
No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.
4. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
